Explore Christine’s journey and witness the power of nurtured recovery and its transformative gifts.

Let me share my story with you, a mother of four beautiful children who, at one point, found herself unexpectedly homeless and struggling with very little to hold onto. I was overwhelmed by shame and pain, feeling lost and unsure where to turn. It was one of the darkest times in my life.
Despite numerous attempts to regain my health and maintain sobriety, I came to realize that one of the biggest challenges I faced was embracing the lifestyle changes needed to truly improve my quality of life.
Finally accepting the unsuccessful attempts to control my drinking and the stage of progression of this disease, I underwent a treatment program followed by ongoing care in a sober environment and becoming part of a peer-led fellowship with lived experience.
Throughout my recovery, I realized the importance of establishing a structured daily routine and prioritizing my needs to be well across all aspects of my being— mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. This gradual journey not only restored my sense of wholeness and purpose but also granted me many unexpected blessings.
My recovery journey isn’t merely about survival or remission—it’s about thriving.
Since July 2009, I have remained drug and alcohol-free, dedicating my life to nurturing my recovery and cherishing my family above all else, while helping others find their own path to healing.
My own transformative experience, along with witnessing the incredible healing and transformation in others, has been the most precious gift I could ever receive.
True wellness starts within each of us. It is a choice to embrace life, make healthy decisions, and strive to become the best version of oneself.
My heart overflows with gratitude for the unwavering love and gentle guidance of those who have walked beside me on this journey of healing and hope.
