Overcoming addiction to drugs and alcohol can be one of the greatest challenges an individual ever faces and becoming sober is only half the battle. According to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), having stable housing can be of crucial importance to a person’s recovery process.

Our goal is to support and empower individuals as they transition inpatient addiction treatment or their personal residence into a sober living environment to that offers structure and accountability to help individuals get back on their feet into a new sober way of life.

We offer candidates the opportunity to transition into safe and nurturing living quarters and sober coaching that is conducive the needs of one’s wellbeing for long-term recovery.

TRINITY INN SOBER LIVING

Trinity Inn sober living homes—also referred to as recovery homes—are structured living environments that emphasize long term recovery and continuing treatment on an outpatient basis. Our residence is partnered with, nearby drug and alcohol and mental health service providers. Our recovery homes generally require residents attend recovery groups, engage in physical exercises and/or mindfulness practices, build a sober network, participate in a weekly in-house life skill workshops and recovery coaching session, seek, or resume employment alongside outpatient services for continued care to establish healthy lifestyles.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Community Blessings Foundation is committed to providing financial assistance to individuals to bridge to gap on the path to recovery for substance abuse & mental health disorders. They are services for individuals who are motivated to seek and participate in their needs for recovery support and unable to meet their financial challenges.

Our financial assistance candidates are reviewed for needed services and ability to participate in payment for recovery services. Successful candidates will typically have demonstrated a personal investment in their own recovery in addition to documenting their financial need.

HOW TO APPLY

Candidates must be in an addiction treatment program and be referred by a case manager or counselor.

Case managers should reach out on behalf of their client. All candidates and case managers will be required to submit personal statements as to why they and their client deserve a scholarship, and how it will support their recovery goals.
