Pathways to Freedom: Reducing Recidivism through Recovery and Empowerment
Community Blessings Foundation proudly developed Pathways to Freedom, an evidence-based reentry program recognized by RI BHDDH. Designed for individuals on parole, recently incarcerated, or involved with drug and criminal courts, this initiative takes a holistic approach to rebuilding lives and breaking the cycle of recidivism.
Each participant collaborates with our dedicated team to create a personalized recovery plan that addresses substance use, mental health, stable housing, job readiness, and the rebuilding of social and family connections. This tailored support empowers individuals to overcome challenges and thrive in their communities.
Pathways to Freedom is committed to fostering resilience, empowerment, and hope for those ready to embrace a brighter future.

Discover the power of somatic therapies
We believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms of addiction. Our integrative approach combines traditional therapies with somatic methods to provide a comprehensive path to sustainable recovery.
Somatic therapies are holistic treatment approaches that focus on the connection between the mind and body. By addressing both physical and psychological aspects, these therapies aim to release trauma and stress stored in the body, which can be critical in overcoming substance use and mental health disorders.
Substance use disorders often stem from deep-rooted physical and emotional traumas. Traditional therapies may not fully address the physical manifestations of these issues. Somatic therapies, however, provide a comprehensive approach by incorporating body awareness and movement into the healing process. This can lead to more profound and lasting recovery outcomes.

We believe that true health is a state of spiritual, mental, social, and physical well-being, not merely the absence of addiction. Our dedicated team is committed to providing the highest level of quality care, assisting our clients in self-discovery, prevention, and sustainable recovery to help them thrive.
